DELIVERY

Harriet Warrilow offers Free (Uk) Delivery with a purchase over £200 on our website. Your purchase will be posted to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery for handbags and Royal mail Standard for our scarves. We only send our handbags Special delivery which is a tracked service (UK ONLY). Please allow 2-3 working days for your purchase to arrive.

We now deliver to USA Mainland, Canada and Europe/ EU.

For deliveries to Europe/ EU all parcels will be posted via UPS Tracked and aim to be delivered in 7 days. All taxes if any are not included by Harriet Warrilow leather at checkout.

 

For deliveries to USA mainland and Canada all parcels will be posted via Royal Mail International tracked, aiming to be delivered in 7 days. All taxes if any are not included by Harriet Warrilow Leather at checkout.

 

For orders outside the UK Please allow additional time for arrival. This will vary depending on your location, times of the year and customs.

Deliveries to Europe and worldwide will be charged postage at checkout. Europe Delivery aim is 3-5 working days and Worldwide Delivery aim is 5-7 working days.

RETURNS UK

At Harriet Warrilow you have the right to return any/all products you have purchased from our website applied 14 days from the day the customer receives the product.

All returns will be inspected on arrival to the team. No marks, scratches or stains should be found on the returned product(s).

The returned product(s) must be unused and in brand new condition. All Product(s) will be packaged with original swing tag still attached and all protective stickers intact.

No refund will be issued if item(s) breach returns policy.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and can take up to 4 working days.

Harriet Warrilow reserves the right to refuse products that have been returned after the returns period from the date purchased.

To begin your return please email info@harrietwarrilow.co.uk using REFUND in the subject box. Please include your Name, order number and reason for returning. Soon as the team receives your request we will respond soon as possible.

Returns will be subject to postage expenses and Harriet Warrilow cannot be held liable for any items lost during the return process. Royal Mail special delivery tracked will be used for returns to ensure the product(s) are protected.

Bespoke orders cannot be returned
